This section is for all our newcomers who require some basic info about our site. We suggest that you read what we have in store for you so that your shopping experience with us will be truly stress free.
Firstly, our site is in fact a Mega Mall with smaller specialized stores within the mall concept. Like any mall you are required to pay for your goods at the store you shop at which is no different than what you will experience at all99.com.
So always remember when you purchase at one store please checkout at the same store.
Registration Procedures
As regards to registration at our stores, you will need to register ONCE at any of our stores. With your login name and password you will be able to log in to any of our stores and make purchases.
If you had not registered and you had started to add to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to register when you wish to checkout.
Payment Option
Each store has its own payment preference.

Shipping Area & Charges
Each store has its own shipping policy.
At our Flowers Store, we deliver to all major towns and cities within West Malaysia only:
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers and rural areas.

We offer a FREE delivery service for Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya deliveries. For all other major towns and cities within West Malaysia, there is a standard delivery charge of RM50.
Delivery Options
If orders are received by us before 10 a.m Malaysian Time during Mondays to Saturdays, you have the option to have your flowers delivered on the same day.
If orders are received by us between 10 a.m (Malaysian Time) on Saturdays to Midnight on Sundays, you have the option to have your flowers delivered on the following Monday (excluding festive and holiday seasons) earliest.
There will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For deliveries during peak occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please place your orders one week in advance to guarantee timely delivery and availability.
In any event, please state when you wish your flowers to be delivered at the Delivery Day box. If you wish you may also include a message to the recipient in the Message box.
International Shipping
For U.S.A & Canada Destinations
All99.com can now offer a delivery service for USA & Canada destinations. Please read our shipping policies etc.. once you are there.
For U.K Destinations
If you are looking to send flowers to the UK, we can now provide shipping through the partners program with Clareflorist.co.uk. Once you are there you will be subjected to their policies etc.. we recommend that you read their shopping guidelines.
Substitution Information
Flowers delivered depend on seasonal and international availability. As such you may find that we or our affiliates have to substitute the requested flowers with another variety, as the flowers are not available in that town or city.
However, we can assure you that we will use the freshest flowers at all times.
Floral & Hamper Arrangements
Arrangements of flowers are in itself an art. You will find that no two arrangements look exactly the same. As such the floral arrangements featured gives a good guideline as to what you can expect.
However, if your flowers are being delivered outside of the Klang Valley, our affiliates are professionals that will recreate designs based on their creative interpretation.
Hampers delivered outside of the Klang Valley require the services of our courier company and as such they will be delivered in the form of a gift box rather than the usual 3ft high hamper style. This is to ensure that the goods reach the recipient in perfect condition
What happens after you place an order with us?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email order confirmation confirming your purchases. If you do not receive a copy after 2 hours please let us know at customerservice@all99.com ( note: for alternate email address, please see here ). Please provide us with relevant information like your name and what you ordered and we will attend to the matter immediately. If you feel more comfortable calling us you can do so at 603-5631 5877.
We will only proceed with your order upon receipt and clearance of your funds. Please note if we do not receive your funds within 7 days from the time of your order we will cancel your order and at the same time notify you of our actions.
Either you or the recipient will be contacted by our customer service to inform you or the recipient that we are processing your order and to expect your products on the requested day.
