 Well….If this is your first time to our store……Welcome

 This section is for all our newcomers who require some basic info about our site. We suggest that you read what we have in store for you so that your shopping experience with us will be truly stress free.

Firstly, our site is in fact a Mega Mall with smaller specialized stores within the mall concept. Like any mall you are required to pay for your goods at the store you shop at which is no different than what you will experience at all99.com.

So always remember when you purchase at one store please checkout at the same store.

Registration Procedures

As regards to registration at our stores, you will need to register ONCE at any of our stores. With your login name and password you will be able to log in to any of our stores and make purchases.

If you had not registered and you had started to add to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to register when you wish to checkout.  
Payment Option

Each store has its own payment preference.

At our Babies & Kids Store we prefer payment to be made via the following methods:

Each store has its own shipping policy.

At our Babies & Kids, we deliver to West & East Malaysia. For East Malaysia we only deliver to certain cities. Please see below for a list of cities we deliver within East Malaysia. 

We do not, however, deliver to Post Office Box numbers.

Shipping Charges are as follows:

West Malaysia

For deliveries within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) shipping charges are calculated as follows:

For the First 2 kg                :  RM6.00
Next 1 kg or part thereof   :  RM2.00

Example :

If the total weight of your products you wish to purchase is 4.5 kg, then your shipping charges are calculated as follows :

First 2 kg      :  RM 6.00
Next 2.5 kg   :  RM 6.00
Total Cost       RM12.00

East Malaysia

For deliveries within East Malaysia shipping charges are calculated as follows:

For the First 1 kg                :  RM12.00
Next 1 kg or part thereof   :  RM10.00

Example :

If the total weight of your products you wish to purchase is 4.5 kg, then your shipping charges are calculated as follows :

First 1 kg      :  RM  12.00
Next 3.5 kg   :  RM  40.00
Total Cost       RM  52.00

Please note we deliver to Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Sandakan, Labuan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Sibu, Miri & Bintulu. For any other area outside of these please email us at customerservice@all99.com (note: for alternate email address, please see here ) and we will see whether our courier companies can assist.

What happens after you place an order with us?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email order confirmation confirming your purchases. If you do not receive a copy after 2 hours please let us know at customerservice@all99.com .(note: for alternate email address, please see here ) Please provide us with relevant information like your name and what you ordered and we will attend to the matter immediately. If you feel more comfortable calling us you can do so at 603-5631 5877.

We will only proceed with your order upon receipt and clearance of your funds. Please note if we do not receive your funds within 7 days from the time of your order we will cancel your order and at the same time notify you of our actions.   

Either you or the recipient will be contacted by our customer service to inform you or the recipient that we are processing your order and to expect your products within the next few days.

Once the product leaves the office we will notify you so that you can expect it at your end.
