We will be delivering your goods via courier companies
We deliver to West & East Malaysia.
We do not, however, deliver to Post Office Box numbers.

For deliveries within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) shipping charges are calculated as follows:
For the First 2 kg : RM14.00
Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM4.00
If the total weight of your products you wish to purchase is 4.5 kg, then your shipping charges are calculated as follows :
First 2 kg : RM 14.00
Next 2.5 kg : RM 12.00
Total Cost RM 26.00
For deliveries within East Malaysia shipping charges are calculated as follows:
For the First 2 kg : RM 28.00
Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM 8.00
For the First 2 kg : RM 24.00
Next 1 kg or part thereof : RM 7.00
All99.com dp prpvide international delivery to anywhere in the world. You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to request for a shipping cost.
Once we have received your order and cleared funds, you should expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days from shipping date.
What do I do if I do not receive my goods
Once we have notified you of the shipping date and if you do not receive your purchases within 3-5 working days, please contact us either by calling us at 603-5631 5877 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. In both there instances please include your name and order number so that we can investigate the matter and determine what had happened to your package/s.
We would appreciate it if you could bear with us as we need to check with our courier company the status and that can take a few days. You can be assured that if the package has gone astray we will send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Possible Delay in Delivery
Occasionally, a delay may occur in your delivery of your purchases due to:
Incomplete shipping details supplied
The recipient is not reachable
We will of course do our utmost to keep you informed either by e-mail or phone in the event that this situation was to arise.
However, if you have not heard from us or receive your products within the specified period, we ask that you contact our customer service by phone or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . Please provide us your name and order number.
